1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of ViralAi at viralai.in (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ViralAi provides AI-assisted video and image generation. You write a prompt, optionally attach reference images, and the underlying model (Seedance 2.0 for video, Seedream 5.0 for images) returns a generated asset. The Service depends on third-party providers whose uptime we do not control.

3. Account & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person = one account. Creating multiple accounts to farm referral bonuses or free credits is prohibited and may result in termination.

4. Credits, payments, and refunds

• Generations cost credits. Credit rates are shown on the pricing page and may change.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree. Once credits are added to your account they are generally non-refundable.
• If a generation fails for reasons on our side (model error, infrastructure failure), the credits for that generation are refunded automatically.
• If you believe you were charged in error, email billing@viralai.in within 7 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people without their consent.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other IP.
• Content designed to deceive, defame, or defraud.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Your content

• You own what you generate. Assets you generate on your account are yours to use, including commercially, subject to Section 5.
• You are responsible for your inputs. Don’t upload reference images you don’t have rights to.
• Limited licence to us. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to store, process, and deliver your content for the purpose of running the Service.
• We may showcase user-generated outputs in marketing material only with your explicit permission.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Price and credit-rate changes apply to future purchases, not credits already bought.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of fitness, non-infringement, and merchantability. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these terms. On termination, unused credits are forfeited unless termination is due to a fault on our side.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
